Il tempo di riprenderti e subito un riff di chitarra di lascia stecchito (“Resurrectio”).
Vuoi capire chi è il chitarrista e scopri, meravigliandoti, che non c’è un chitarrista, ma solo un sassofonista che si diverte con una pedaliera e un po’ di effetti. Ti dici: non può essere un sax tenore, ma una vera Fender. Sarà.
Quando poi dai un occhio alla tracklist scopri ancora che “Black Hole Sun”, “Smell Like Teen Spirit” e una suite tutta Zeppelin non sono propriamente repertorio jazz, mentre continui ad ascoltare l’assolo che fu di Thayil o di Page e l’urlo disperato che appartenne a Cobain, tutto imitatato alla perfezione dal "sassochitarrista": così va meglio.
Subito dopo ti calmi e ascolti i contrasti cromatici (e politici) di “Casbah”, gli andirivieni sonici di “DD”, i rigurgiti jazz - rock di “Smiling Mummies” e di “Ri-Virus”. In una parola: Francesco Bearzatti è il tuo nuovo idolo che suona uno strumento davvero "strano": il sax tenore.
Poi arrivi alla fine. Fa freddo in “2 Novembre 1975”. Non poteva essere diversamente. Ti ricordi dell’inizio e capisci.
