In this brand new September episode of inJazz Radio we proudly present new live recordings by two Dutch pianists who have more than earned their spurs. Karel Boehlee (1960, Leiden) is a renowned Dutch jazz pianist and composer, known for his lyrical and versatile playing style. Harmen Fraanje (Roosendaal, 1976) is a Dutch jazz pianist, composer, and internationally recognized teacher. His music breathes lyricism and introspection, with a refined balance between minimalism and expressive depth. From both pianists you will hear several tracks from our Pocket Concerts series: short, intimate performances by top Dutch jazz and world music artists. Enjoy listening!Playlist
