We launch this week's episode with music with veteran tenor sax cat Lawrence Clark and music off his latest CD Inner Visions. From there, we move to one of his mentors Rashied Ali and go onto the legendary drummer Jimmy Cobb with a cut off his recent album This I Dig of You. We then profile NYC jazz singer Lisa Gary and listen to the talented Leonisa Ardizzone who is back after a 10-year hiatus from the jazz world. From there, we hear the talented NYC group Verve Jazz Ensemble, Kansas City Poet Jen Harris with The Sextet and close the proceedings with the mighty John Coltrane.
