Combining influences from vocal greats such as Kurt Elling, Bobby McFerrin, Tony Bennet and D'angelo, saxophonists Kenny Garrett, Cannonball Adderly, Bob Berg and Coltrane, and composers/arrangers such as Wayne Shorter, Bill Evans and Laurence Hobgood. Expect to hear standards and popular songs given a surprising and refreshing contemporary Jazz treatment as well as choice modern jazz covers and entirely original material

The Fillmore and Winterland were in their full glory, and I was fortunate to see some of the top bands of the day there. We used to go to high school dances in Oakland to see Santana, Tower Of Power, and Creedence Clearwater Revival before they hit it big. is a Polish multi-genre vocalist recognised for her storytelling and creativity at vocal competitions in Finland, Poland, Germany, and Turkey. Graduating from the danish Rhythmic Music Conservatory, Ania has spent the last 10 years living in Denmark, performing with artists and constellations such as the Odense Symphony Orchestra, the Danish Radio Big Band, Adam Rudolph, Kresten Osgood, Anders Filipsen, Stefan Pasborg, Frederik Lundin, the Nephilim Ensemble, the vocal ensemble GLAS, and many others. She released her first album ‘Synesthesia’ (2014) with original music as a part of the trio Sphere, and since 2015 she has been working on the study of voice/movement improvisation, which lead to her improvised album “Havet”(2017) with Lo Ersare and the experimental “Voice’n’Drums” album with Stefan Pasborg (2018)

Kate started her opera journey in 2005 at a 10-day workshop given by Pinkstone Productions. During that workshop Kate found a love for opera that has grown through the years. She spent the next 3 years studying voice with Metropolitan Opera principal soprano Carol Meyer Willingham in Salado, Texas. In 2009, Kate turned a new page when she attended the Taos Opera Institute’s month-long program in Taos, New Mexico. Upon her return to Texas, she began to study voice with retired Baylor vocal performance professor, Dr. John Van Cura.
