Cemre Necefbas is one of New York's sought-after singers with a growing reputation in the jazz scene. Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, vocalist Cemre Necefbas grew up loving music and singing at every chance she got. Cemre received her first national recognition as a jazz vocalist in 2012, upon wining 3rd place in the Nardis Young Jazz Voice Competition. Joy Ellis is a jazz pianist, singer and composer based in London and an alumni of Guildhall School of Music & Drama. In March 2022 Joy released her third album with long-time collaborators Henrik Jensen on double bass and drummer Adam Osmianski. Angela Turone & Chris Platt

Angela Turone and Chris Platt are Canadian musicians that have been collaborating since 2014. Angela and Chris met in their hometown, Toronto, while completing their studies in the jazz performance program at the University of Toronto. There, they discovered a common love and appreciation for Brazilian music and came together as an ensemble. With Angela on vocals and piano and Chris on guitar, they seek to explore the diverse and beautiful music of Brazil, performing their creative interpretations of repertoire from the bossa nova, samba and jazz genres. Alexis Tantau

With extensive training as classical singer and having sung with various opera companies locally and abroad, it came as something of a surprise when the door to the world of jazz swung wide open for Miss Tantau less than two years ago. Planning to specialize in French art song and opera, she took several trips to study in France, including a year to study Occitan, the endangered language of her ancestors. Over the years, she took her teachers’ suggestions to sing Edith Piaf songs lightheartedly—until she began landing more gigs singing Piaf than Bizet! Born: June 10, 1988

Leonie Evans has been performing since the age of 5 and has never stopped. As well as her own music she plays Jazz, Blues, Country, Gospel and music from Latin America. She's played and sat in on vocals, guitar or washboard with the likes of Tuba Skinny, C.W. Stoneking, Frog & Henry, Honky Tonk Sail, Blue Mockingbirds, Ragtime Nightmare, Old Fish Jazz Band, Sam Doores and many more.
