Ninna Milner

Danish singer Ninna Milner is strongly influenced by her deep interest in spiritualism, existential reflections and music as a transcendent for higher knowledge and awareness. As a present figure in Danish jazz for more than 30 years she has released 5 albums in her own name. Among which Songs for Sentient Beings (2016) that was acclaimed on the top-10 list of best jazz albums by Danish newspaper Berlingske and received a 5-star review with the words: classy lyrics and melodic music […] timeless jazz with singer-songwriter ingredients and a relaxed swing. Ninna Milner explains about the album Treasures Of The Heart (2020): The album is based upon the idea that it’s through the heart that we can experience the deepest levels of sympathy, empathy and compassion. She performed in Paris, New York, the Beijing Jazz Festival and the Copenhagen Jazz Festival as well as being a hard working member of the jazz community in Copenhagen.
