Thomas Bergeron

Thomas Bergeron exemplifies a new breed of 21st century artists. A trumpeter, composer, producer, and educator known for excelling in both the jazz and classical realms. Bergeron’s music has been premiered in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Juilliard's Paul Hall, and Subculture NYC. His work has been heard on NPR and is regularly programmed on both jazz and classical chamber music series across the globe. In addition to his own hybrid jazz chamber ensemble, Thomas is a member of the Atlantic Brass Quintet and principal trumpet with the Springfield Symphony. He recently concluded a 2-year residency at Carnegie Hall with Ensemble ACJW, and has performed with Vampire Weekend, The Danish National Symphony Orchestra, The American Symphony, The Temptations, Idina Menzel, Judy Collins, Arlo Guthrie, the Radio City Christmas Orchestra, among others

Peter Fernandes

Peter Fernandes is a trumpet player and producer from Southeastern Massachusetts. In high school, Peter played in bands both in and out out of school and found a passion for music that eventually led him to jazz, rock, Latin music, and everything in between. It was during this time that he also discovered composition and the joy of hearing an arrangement realized by live instruments. By the time he graduated high school, Peter was in the middle of recording and producing his first solo album. Since this time, he has recorded and been the sole producer of two more solo albums. In his latest album, “The New Me,” Peter again presents a mix of genres rooted in jazz, this time with a cast of top musicians including Rick Britto, Ric Fierabracci, Trevor Kellum, Dave Weckl, and Johannes Zetterberg

Jason Klobnak

Born: September 24, 1981

Mr. Klobnak is a versatile trumpet player that has been performing as an active musician, author, clinician, composer and educator. His bands, the JKQ (Jason Klobnak Quartet/Quintet) and J's Ruckus have released 5 albums that have done well on Jazzweek charts, Top 10 lists on international radio stations, and multiple positive reviews. They are Denver's blend of post-bop, indie jazz, neo r&b, and hip-hop. J's Ruckus performs infectious and up-lifting originals for audiences hungry for a unique Jazz experience. Mr. Klobnak also the trumpet and brass instructor at Arapahoe Community College, have released two very well reviewed Jazz improvisation books, do clinics, perform, and keep a steady teaching studio both in- person and on Skype

Jevon J.

Jevon J. is a Jazz Trumpeter originally out of Miami, Fl. Jevon began playing trumpet around 13 years of age and ran into jazz at age 14. Many years later he was awared a full scholarship to several different universities for both Classical and Jazz performance in July of1999. Jevon did not complete his training but instead enrolled in the US Army for a time period that would span more than 6 years. During this time he did not perform or play his instrument since he did leave it in Miami, Fl and was focused on his military career at the time. Jevon is now in Tampa, Fl and back performing when the opportunity presents itself

Steph Richards

Steph Richards is a dynamic improvisor known for her innovative approach to the trumpet and interdisciplinary expression as a composer. An “innately adventurous trumpeter”, (Downbeat), she has collaborated with visionaries Henry Threadgill, Anthony Braxton, Muhal Richard Abrams and John Zorn as well as art pop luminaries Yoko Ono, St. Vincent, David Byrne and Laurie Anderson. Characterized by The New York Times as “boldly inventive…Richards composes in ways that standard notation could never document.” her works span interactions with film, poetry, electronics, choreography and scent and have garnered critical acclaim including Record of the Year by the New York Times and Downbeat. Her seminal record Supersense (2019) featuring all-star improvisers Jason Moran, Stomu Takeishi and Kenny Wolleson includes multimedia artist Sean Raspet creating singular, abstract scents to both inform and converse with the recording.

Jonathan Waller

Born: January 26, 1998

Joller studied jazz at middlesex university and chichester college, UK. During, and since that time he has been a prolific composer and producer of contemporary music. His debut EP "Loose Cannon" is a collection of compositions written and arranged throughout this period, recorded with the help of some amazing and inspired musicians and technicians.

Anita Eccleston

While Vancouver based trumpet player and vocalist Anita Eccleston has been dazzling jazz audiences for a long time, in recent years her chops have been honed as a music producer of lofi dream jazz.

Susana Santos Silva

Born: January 3, 1979

Susana Santos Silva is a trumpeter, improviser and composer from Porto, Portugal. In the last years she has been considered by the international press as one of the strongest emerging voices in contemporary jazz and improvised music. With a singular approach/voice that comes out of a comprehensive spectrum of influences, from classical and contemporary music to jazz and textural sound art, she is interested in stretching the boundaries of the instrument and in exploring new ways of expression within music. She leads her projects Impermanence and Life and Other Transient Storms (with Lotte Anker, Sten Sandell, Jon Fält and Torbjörn Zetterberg), and co-leads duos with Zetterberg (also in trio with Hampus Lindwall), Kaja Draksler, Jorge Queijo, Alexandra Nilsson, and a quartet with Christine Wodrascka, Christian Meaas Svendsen and Håkon Berre
