Mueller's jazz-funk version of Billie Holiday's classic tune is one of the many highlights from his energetic new compilation, Best of Tobin Mueller, Vol. 2: Jazz Standards Reimagined. The synergy between keyboardist Mueller and saxophonist Woody Mankowski (soprano sax) is palpable. Mueller reimagines standards with an inventive flair while emphasizing the qualities that made the original a classic. The video is illustrated with beautiful artwork honoring Mother and Child in every culture and every artistic style.
