His lyricism and passion are evident in whatever situation he finds himself, and he is fluid in many styles including Jazz, Blues, Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, R & B and Classical.  His performance & recording credits include work with Linda Hopkins, Gino Vannelli,  Cee Lo Green, Natalie Cole, Michael McDonald, Johnny Mathis, Chet Baker, Jason Mraz, Chaka Khan, Michael Bolton, Linda Ronstadt, Carole King, Kenny Loggins, Brenda Russell, Lou Rawls, Perla Batalla, Paulinho Garcia, Guinga, Chico Pinheiro, Teka, Kleber Jorge, Rique Pantoja, Seu Jorge, Googoosh, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, Pharrell, Blake Shelton, Babyface, Della Reese, Francisco Aguabella, Pete Escovedo, Jessica Simpson, Al McKibbon, Billy Mitchell, Roy “Guitar” Gaines and many others. He's served as musical director for blues diva Linda Hopkins, Jazz Bliss BrazilBrazil & salsa artists Leslie Paula & Miguel Gutierrez. He was featured in the "Bossa Nova 60th Anniversary Concert" at the Moss theater, also celebrating Sergio Mielenczenkos' 40th anniversary as host of "The Brazilian hour" radio show. He's made over 50 tours to Europe and has performed at many of the biggest Jazz festivals, theaters and clubs in the world. He has played for the Academy awards, the Emmy awards, the Voice, The BET awards and many others.

From small town Midwest beginnings to the big-time as an internationally known saxophonist, Grady Nichols enjoys an audience as broad as his musical taste. Hot off the success and critical acclaim of last CD, Sophistication, Grady’s goal was to record a CD that reflected his broad range of musical influences and tastes. To accomplish this, he tapped Zac Maloy to produce his newest endeavor, Take Me With You.

Maloy’s musical versatility includes writing, producing and performing. He is the founder and front man of the MCA Records band, The Nixons and also produced The Vanished, Bowling For Soup (Jive Records) and Jonas Brothers (Hollywood Records)

Jeff Morrison

Jeff was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado and adopted by a military family, his father a Navy officer. At eight months of age, they moved to Phoenix, AZ where he was raised and lived until his late 20's. Jeff was drawn to music as early as he can remember, and tried to take a vinyl LP record with him on his first day of school. Jeff began playing the alto saxophone at the age of 11, and spent 3 years in the Phoenix Boys Choir where he learned the discipline of long rehearsals and a heavy schedule of concerts throughout the city and state, performing classical pieces as well as folk and popular music

My major influences as a saxophonist have been Dexter Gordon, Charlie Rouse, Stan Getz, Thelonius Monk, John Coltrane and Gene Ammons. I have lectured on jazz and the lives and times of jazz musicians for both young people and adults.
