Rocco Zifarelli is the winner of the first edition of the Eddie Lang Award (1991), dedicated to young rising Italian jazz guitarists, for more than 20 years he is the guitarist of the Oscar winner Ennio Morricone, with whom he has recorded many soundtracks of prestigious films and performed hundreds of concerts in the best theaters and arenas from around the world. Versatile musician, he has collaborated with many important national and international artists in various musical fields from jazz to pop, from the RAI TV Orchestra directed by M° Gianni Ferrio, Pippo Caruso, Peppe Vessicchio and Gianfranco Lombardi in many transmissions between which Fantastico and the Sanremo Festival, to the recordings with Giorgia, Adriano Celentano, Ivano Fossati, Renato Zero, Cristiano De Andrè etc
