Ricardo Acevedo

Ricardo Acevedo of Lost Cat Magnet grew up in an urban environment, roughly 90 miles southeast of Los Angeles, the Inland Empire. Funk, jazz, and rock music of the late 60’s and early 70’s were the constant soundtrack of his childhood. All this morphed into him becoming a new wave, art-punk musician by his early twenties. Through the tech tutelage of Ramon Mills (Production Unit Xero) and his label Heterodox Records, he released a series of new, ever-more defined Lost Cat Magnet albums.
