Eunmi Lee
Eunmi Lee is a Korean-born, New York-based jazz pianist, composer, and educator celebrated for her fearless approach to blending her cultural heritage with contemporary jazz. Her musical journey began in Seoul, where she earned an associate degree from the Seoul Institute of Arts and worked extensively in theater, bandstand, and media music. In 2016, she expanded her artistic scope by moving to the Netherlands to study jazz piano on a Holland National Excellence scholarship, completing her Bachelor of Music degree a year ahead of schedule in 2019.

Born in 1976, Dominic Egli started drumming in the brass band tradition befor studying with bassplayer Peter Frei, at the Swiss Jazz School with Billy Brooks, at the Drummer’s Collective in NYC, and with traditional drummers in Ghana. Touring and recording (over 60 albums) mostly as a sideman in cutting-edge jazzgroups (Mats-Up, Reto Suhner 4tet…) he also collaborated with many South African musicians and leads his own quintet PLURISM featuring trumpet player Feya Faku.

Adrian Dennis

Adrian Dennis is an artist that seeks to push artistic boundaries. Born in London Ontario in 1989, and raised in Waterloo Ontario, Adrian found music and the guitar at age 12. He quickly became immersed in various styles of music and took to composing his own songs at a young age. This evidently led to studying Jazz, a complex art form with a rich history and plenty to be inspired by. After becoming involved in high-school Jazz groups, Adrian moved to Toronto in 2008 to study Jazz formally at the University of Toronto. There, he studied intently with seasoned educators David Occhipinti and Geoff Young, and began composing his own compositions and leading his own groups.
Now based in Toronto, Adrian leads the Adrian Dennis Quartet; made up of some of Toronto’s strongest up-and-coming musicians

José Canha was born in Setúbal, Portugal and began his musical journey as a lead vocalist for various alternative-rock bands during his late teens. He explored a range of musical instruments during this period, developing a strong affinity for those in the lowest register. Working with a diverse range of talented musicians, he gained an eclectic musical background, which ignited a growing passion for blues and jazz music.
After completing his army service, Canha abandoned his earlier academic intentions to dedicate himself to an in-depth study of his newfound passions: the bass and Black American music
