Vocalist Shiri Zorn began her collaboration with the ingenious guitarist and composer George Muscatello in 2013, shortly after she relocated to Upstate New York. Performing regularly throughout the region, she co-creates original songs and innovative renditions of existing jazz repertoire. In the last two years, Zorn has been working closely with the acclaimed jazz singer, Tierney Sutton, who is the vocal producer on Zorn and Muscatello’s newest album, Into Another Land. Called a “superb drummer” by JazzTimes magazine, Zottarelli comes from a musical family and was born in Santos, SP, Brazil, but grew up in Rio Claro, SP in a highly musical environment. His first few years as a professional musician consisted of many performances throughout his native country as well as studio and session work with different artists and bands.
