Dillon Paige

"Dillon Paige was born in Southern California. His mother, a pianist, singer and dancer, taught Dillon early on to love music. He started playing piano at age 4. At 13 he was playing in various community symphony orchestras within the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. When Dillon was 17, he was already working professionally. Dillon has recorded in studios throughout the world, including Los Angeles, New Orleans, Chicago, Washington DC, Norfolk, New York City, as well as Amsterdam, London, Paris and Munich. While in the U.S. Navy, Dillon played cocktail/jazz piano at formal dinners, ceremonial and diplomatic functions

Esther James

Esther James graduated in April, 2004 from Wesley Institute with a Bachelor of Creative Arts, majoring in Music Performance. She specialised in Jazz piano with her second instrument being Voice. Since then, Esther has gone on to pursue a music career that has progressed in leaps and bounds. Before she had graduated, she was head-hunted by the Mosman Baptist Church and invited to come on board as pastoral staff to be their Worship Pastor in December 2003, where she worked until 2005. After that, she went on to work at St John's Anglican church in Willoughby in 2006. Esther has a passion for training musicians and vocalists to produce excellent music, and helps them to develop and hone their skills in music and creative arts

Will Minting

Following in the footsteps of his Grandfather, big band leader Billy Minting (Sax, Clarinet), and rock'n'roll father Mike Minting (guitar), Will Minting (keyboards, guitar, vocals) studied piano from age 6, before becoming a Cathedral Chorister under the direction of Stephen Darlington, at St Albans in 1978. It became clear from early jamming sessions with his brother, Stuart Minting (Bass) that Will's musical ambitions were heavily influenced by the virtuosity of his Los Angeles session musician heroes. Having recorded vocals on 5 albums and, on several occasions in the late 1970's and early 1980's performing live on BBC radio, Will Minting also notably performed at international Festivals, at Notre Dame in Paris, at St Paul's Cathedral, and featured in an ITV documentary

Mo and Dawn the Remix Project

The collaboration between trumpeter, singer/songwriter Dawn Weber and pianist and bandleader Mo Egeston spanned 1997- 2008. The result was a remarkably consistent string of successful bands including Vargas Swing, Vargas, and from 2000-2005 the pioneering live house band Urban Jazz Naturals. Eclipsing the national rep acquired by Vargas Swing, UJN’s run was the most successful project for the duo. UJN released a debut EP followed by two singles in the DJ driven dance market. These releases, How Can I (Gallery) with a remix by JT Donaldson and the Urban Jazz EP with a remix by Demarkus Lewis (Large Music), were both written by mo&dawn with production by UJN members Christian Oncken and Don Tinsely
