Osaru is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist, vocalist and producer. He owns and runs a production house in the Winston-Salem area of North Carolina, where he is working on a variety of Smooth Jazz and R&B projects.

His second CD, Home With The Keys, is smooth jazz at its best. From silky soprano phrases in "Last Night..." to funky tenor sax lines in "Let's Begin," he expresses himself to the fullest, using his keyboards, a breath controller and his wind controller. His background training as a physician is many a time evident in the meticulous craftsmanship of his songs and bedside manner in which he delivers his message.

Lao Tizer

Born:

Driven by an explosive mix of jazz, rock, classical , jam band influences and Afro Cuban and world rhythms, Downbeat—the first studio album by TIZER, a multi-cultural band led by Boulder, CO native, keyboardist/composer Lao Tizer—throws down a high powered collection of 12 brand-new originals on this scintillating release of fresh instrumental music from one of today’s rising stars of the world-fusion genre. Establishing themselves in the contemporary jazz world over the past few years, TIZER has spurred comparisons of a modern twist to the 70s and early 80s heyday of jazz fusion, when trailblazing ensembles like Return To Forever, Mahavishnu Orchestra and Weather Report set the aesthetic standard. Truly embodying the title and spirit of his 2007 solo album Diversify, Lao assembled a group of veteran world-class musicians to create a dynamic rich with new melodic, harmonic and improvisational possibilities

Mark Knox

Born:

It all started by being exposed to his father’s record collection that ranged from Homer & Jethro to Ahmad Jamal to Dick Schory. Not that it was all jazz, but it WAS all good music. The part that intrigued him the most was the swing stuff . . . that walking bass part and that rhythmic ride cymbal just did something. Dick Schory’s swinging tune “Runnin’ Wild” really did it. For a pre-teen to hear such stuff . . . well, it was euphoria. And then . . . from playing a Farfisa organ in a junior-high school rock band to composing and performing on many widely-released albums and projects, Mark's capabilities for music branched out into audio technology and production

Robert Liberman

Robert Liberman was born in Charleston, South Carolina, where he attended the Charleston County School System from first through twelfth grade. Robert became interested in music at an early age; often sitting at the piano for hours, picking out the notes to favorite songs. Eventually, his mother had enough of the noise and found him a piano teacher. Although he took lessons for several years, he was more interested in playing rock and roll than practicing scales and arpeggios. In 1969, at the age of thirteen, he finally convinced his father to purchase him a Farfisa portable organ and, as they say, the rest is history. At that time, Robert's older brother, Jack, was a drummer and in high school he formed a band with some friends
