Active member of the Colombian jazz scene and professor at El Colectivo Music School, Jonathan Ruiz has participated in different kind of records including his project Azuljauz, modern band which reflects in his arrangements the liking for irregular metrics, the Pacific folklore, and the forefront sounds of New York through his compositions. His versatility has allowed him to participate in diverse formats from trios and ensembles to orchestras and big bands playing in addition to jazz styles such as Funk, salsa, folk music and rock. He has also stood out as a bassist accompanying various artists in different festivals, such as Dafnis Prieto and Miguel Zenón.

From jazz vocalist/bandleader to actor/comedian/radio talk show host, it's easy to see why Wayne Powers is often referred to as a “renaissance man”. Wayne started out as a “boy singer” in New York nightclubs at age 16. “I wasn’t very good,” he freely admits, “but you’ve gotta start someplace – and I grew up with this music inside me – in my heart and soul – and treasure it enough to gladly do whatever it takes for me to live inside the music. You see, when I was growing up we couldn’t afford a piano (and we had no room for one, anyway). so I just learned to play the human voice.” Persistence paid off as Powers eventually studied in New York with renowned vocal coach of the day, Fred Steele, mentor to Steve Lawrence & Eydie Gorme, Eddie Fisher and widely credited with helping restore Tony Bennett’s voice

Jazz guitarist Larry Tamanini has been a stalwart of the Philadelphia Jazz scene since the late 1990s. In that time Larry has developed an unique tone and voice on the guitar that has made him one of the most respected and sought after guitarists in the area.

Larry was born into a family that loved and valued great music and it was this support system at home that encouraged him to pick up the guitar and follow his own love of music.

Preferring the most direct way to the bandstand, Larry decided to forego music school and opted to study privately with renowned guitar instructor Dennis Sandole and ultimately Jazz guitar icon, Pat Martino

Nerya Zidon (a.k.a NERY) is a saxophonist, composer, music producer and audio engineer born in 1993 in Jerusalem (Israel). Zidon has performed in esteemed venues including the Red Sea Jazz Festival, Jerusalem Jazz Festival, Toronto Jazz Festival and New York’s Lincoln Center. He shared the stage with music legends Billy Cobham, John Patitucci, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Tigran Hamasyan, Shankar Mahadevan and Ustad Zakir Hussain to name a few. Engin Ozsahin

Engin Özşahin is a jazz pianist and composer. He was born in 1986 and lived in Istanbul, Turkey until his late twenties. His first musical influence was his grandmother, who played classical piano by Schubert, Rachmaninoff and Chopin. At age 6, Engin started to learn classical piano himself and became very interested in the melodies and harmonies of aforementioned classical composers.

Although music and performing was Engin’s passion, his cultural and family environment which consisted of engineers and architects suggested that these professions were the way to go in life. As a result, he completed mechanical engineering and business administration degrees in Istanbul and worked as a business developer in corporate environments following that.
