Simone Basile

Born: August 9, 1990

Simone Basile is an Italian guitarist born in Taranto on 09/08/1990, Puglia, Italy, and now living in Florence.

In 2017 he was identified among the Italian jazz talents at the national competition "Chicco Bettinardi" in Piacenza.

In 2018 he released "Time," a trio album with the collaboration of Marco Valeri on drums and Francesco Angiuli on double bass.

The album was presented  in festivals such as: “Fara Music Festival”(opening for Enrico Rava's quartet), "Jazz In'It" in Vignola, "JazzMi" (Milan) 2018, "Strings city" in Florence, "Il jazz italiano per le terre del sisma" (Italian jazz for the earthquake lands) in Amatrice, “JazzMi” (Milan) 2019, Empoli Jazz, Mantova Jazz Young, etc... . .

Lou Walinsky

Lou Walinsky is a pianist whose primary focus has been creating and performing solo piano arrangements based on a wide variety of songs.  His background includes extensive study of both classical and jazz piano - with extraordinary teachers that included Roland Hanna, Jimmy Giuffre, and Hank Jones.  Lou has worked in jazz, pop, and klezmer ensembles for over 40 years.  He has given solo performances throughout his career, as he worked on his concepts of arranging and improvising with songs, that have develped in his Piano Works concerts.  He loves creating these arrangements and is excited to share them with live in-person audiences.  He has produced two solo albums:  Lou Walinsky Piano Arrangements: Original Interpretations of Standards (2018) and Music From Many Places (1996). Lou has also taught piano privately, taught music in Philadelphia Public Schools, and performed music programs for both children and for senior citizens.

She has toured internationally, and performed and recorded with distinguished jazz musicians including Steve Swallow, Bob Moses, Paul Brown, Lew Soloff, Mike Stern, Jon Burr, Steve Davis & Will Lee. Reviews and articles about her work have appeared in publications including People Magazine, USA Today, Downbeat, JazzQuad.Ru, Jazziz Magazine, Jazz Podium Magazine, Jazz USA, the New York Times, New York Newsday & the Boston Globe.  Her work has been released on the Pausa and Nova labels, Los Angeles, Alpha Records,  Japan, Track Records, NYC and Arabesque Records, NY. 

Alan Dammit

Born: February 25, 1966

Eclectic composer and author, guitarist, singer and producer. He also plays piano and bass.
He started writing in the 80's and is a SIAE member since 1990.
He started the Alan Dammit Group in 1998.
He published the first single in 2000/s and the first album in 2003 with the independent label MaccioSoft Multimedia.

Mitchell Long

Born: August 28, 1962

A vibrant Jazz and Brazilian music artist, Mitchell Long was born in La Jolla CA. to a creative family. His father a writer, mother visual artist and his grandmother a music teacher. His love for many styles of music has shaped him into a unique and original artist. He sings in English and Portuguese, is a great composer and arranger and plays many different stringed instruments as well as percussion. He lives in Los Angeles now since 2003.
Mitchell has toured around the world and recorded with many jazz, pop and world music stars including Melody Gardot, Herb Alpert, Gloria Estefan, Rique Pantoja, Herbie Mann, Maria de Barros, Claudio Roditi, Waldemar Bastos, Dr Lonnie Smith, Vinx, Sergio Mendes, Julia Fordham, Billy Tolles, Rudy Love, Ron Miles and Nelson Rangel among many others

Fernanda Cunha

Born: November 5

Fernanda Cunha is a Brazilian jazz singer from Rio de Janeiro. She grew up with an affinity for both the music of her home country as well as jazz. She has toured Brazil, Europe, and North America, performing at prestigious international jazz festivals.

She has released 10  solo albums in Brazil with worldwide distribution.

Fernanda has been a regular performer in Canada from coast-to-coast-to-coast for many years.  

Regular appearances at jazz festivals in Canada have helped to carve out a fan base for Cunha’s post-bossa groove, and in 2019 she moved to Ontario, Canada.  

Joan Watson-Jones

The Artistry of Joan Watson-Jones

Jazz is a storytelling art, and vocalist/lyricist/composer Joan Watson-Jones, who calls Derry, New Hampshire and New York City home, has a story to tell.

Armed with a master’s degree in music education from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Watson-Jones had a long and successful teaching career in The Bronx and in New England. But the jazz seed had been growing in her ever since she was a child in Harlem, where she took piano and tap lessons at the age of four. Later, she learned to play guitar and drums, and was coached and mentored by the late singer Joyce Bryant.

Vinny Valentino

Born: June 20, 1964

Guitarist Composer Vinny Valentino continues to redefine musical genres, to the acclaim of audiences worldwide. His international debut recording, The Distance Between Two Lines, shot straight up the charts to #2 and stayed on the national charts for more than 14 weeks-an unprecedented achievement for a first international release. Fosforo Sequera

Born: October 28, 1967

Fósforo Sequera's versatility as a percussionist has allowed him to assimilate musical genres such as jazz, pop, rock, blues and world music in an original, colorful and passionate way. He was born in Valencia and started playing music during his adolescence, at that time he faced the drums with the intuition and anxiety of exploration of any good beginner, his ear was his best teacher. His curiosity expanded to other percussion instruments, being the conga, timbal, bongo, djembe and cajon the instruments that would complete his path and forge an original and sensitive style, highly influenced by musicians such as Nene Quintero, Jerry Gonzalez, Marlon Simon, Nana Vasconcelos and Steve Berrios, among others.
