John Rae

John Rae is a jazz drummer and award winning composer. In 2009/10 he was the Creative New Zealand/Jack C. Richards composer-in-residence at Victoria University Wellington, New Zealand. "His writing incorporates a global perspective and his use of traditional instruments along with strings and jazz instruments can only be described as 21st century music". John recorded his first album at the age of sixteen with the Scottish saxophonist Tommy Smith and has subsequently recorded over 70 albums both as a leader and side man, including two BBC Jazz Albums of the Year

Jacob Wutzke is a Montréal/Toronto based drummer, bandleader, author, composer and music educator. Noted for his exceptional technique, creativity and ability to listen and improvise in the moment, he has become an in-demand sideman in the jazz and creative music scenes and continues to compose and perform music regularly.
A staple of the Canadian music scene, he has performed and recorded with Caity Gyorgy, Allison Au, Nick Maclean Quartet, Ira Coleman, Jocelyn Gould, Pat LaBarbera, Sam Kirmayer, Brownman Ali and more. In 2022, Jacob organized a tribute group to the music of Tony Williams which performed and recorded under the direction of Williams' longtime bass player Ira Coleman

Max Plattner

Max Plattner, born in Innsbruck in 1994, is a Vienna-based drummer, composer, and producer. He has made a name for himself through his creative versatility and innovative musical work, which is at the interface of jazz, improvised music, new music, and electronic influences.
He received a sound musical education at a young age and has been awarded numerous prizes and scholarships. In 2012, he won the "Young Masters Scholarship" at the Outreach Festival in Schwaz, followed by the "Marianne Mendt Award" in 2013. From 2013 onward, he studied jazz drums at the ABPU in Linz, specializing in media composition and computer music. During his studies, he was taught by renowned drummers such as Herbert Pirker and Jeff Boudreaux and graduated with distinction in 2020.

Daniel Criado is a Bosphorus Artist who has been in the New York musical scene for several year. He holds a Masters in Jazz Studies at SUNY Purchase specializing in Jazz Drumming, where he got the chance to perfect his technique with worldwide jazz stars Kenny Washington and John Riley. He also studied under Leon Parker, Ari Hoenig, Gregory Hutchinson, Ralph Peterson, Carl Allen, Joe Farnsworth and Kenny Grohowsky. Ferenc Nemeth

FERENC NEMETH is an accomplished and versatile musician who continues to push the boundaries of jazz drumming and composition. Nemeth has since the early days of his career, been one of the most sought after drummers both, in his native Hungary as well as in the United States. Coming from a musical family, his unique dynamism and versatility was fostered from a very early age. An exciting performer and imaginative collaborator, Nemeth is well regarded for his work with the Lionel Loueke Trio and GilFeMa and has also travelled, performed and collaborated extensively as a bandleader, co-leader, sideman and educator as well as initiating creative projects of his own. From his early days at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and the Thelonius Monk Insitute of Jazz in Los Angeles, Nemeth has learned from and worked with the world’s finest jazz musicians and groups including Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Terence Blanchard, the Billy Childs Trio, Bob Sheppard, Dave Carpenter, John Clayton, Jimmy Heath, The Henry Mancini Orchestra amongst others

Christopher Hovan

A respected photographer, journalist, and musician, Chris Hovan has been involved with music since starting piano lessons at the tender young age of five. Adding clarinet to his studies while in middle school, Hovan ultimately devoted his full attention to drums and percussion while a freshman in high school. He attended the prestigious music conservatory at Baldwin-Wallace College where he studied classical percussion with George Kiteley. It was at this time that he began expanding his sphere of influence by studying Latin and Brazilian percussion styles and collecting instruments. Jim White

Drummer Jim White is an active performer and educator. His first musical experiences took place in his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia, where he studied percussion with Paul Yancinch, Mike Cebulski, Sonny Emory, and Jeff Sipe. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Jazz Studies/Composition from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of North Texas. While a student at the University of North Texas, White performed with the renowned “One O’clock Lab Band” for three years. In 1992, Maynard Ferguson recruited White for his “Big Bop Nouveau” band with which he toured internationally
