Daniel Criado Cabrales

Daniel Criado is a Bosphorus Artist who has been in the New York musical scene for several year. He holds a Masters in Jazz Studies at SUNY Purchase specializing in Jazz Drumming, where he got the chance to perfect his technique with worldwide jazz stars Kenny Washington and John Riley. He also studied under Leon Parker, Ari Hoenig, Gregory Hutchinson, Ralph Peterson, Carl Allen, Joe Farnsworth and Kenny Grohowsky. He has collaborated with different bands such as the Birdland Big Band, Pete Malinverni trio, David Dejesus & Drive, Alexis Cole Quartet, Miho Sasaki Trio and his own band, Daniel Criado Project, to name a few. He has done Jazz masterclasses at public schools in Connecticut and recently gave a masterclass at UIS University in Colombia, at the International Percussion Festival 2019.
