Russ Pettit comes from a rock n’ roll background. He has listened to the Rolling Stones and Chuck Berry, since birth. His first concerts were The Who and Led Zepplin in 1973 when he was 7. Those concerts made such an impression that he can still remember where he sat. It was Randy Rhoads who finally motivated him to pick up the guitar in his sophomore year of high school. Tony Song was born in South Bend, Indiana. Starting on piano at age 4, he switched to clarinet at age 9. Having discovered he had a natural talent for music, he found himself receiving numerous awards and accolades as a performer in competitions, festivals, and bands/orchestras. However, despite his love for music, and with advice from his parents, he chose to pursue an undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia in biomedical engineering. These four years of college were important to Tony for finding where his identity and passion lay. His father played violin, and his mother and brother played piano. “I still recall the times when the family came together at my uncles place and my mother took the accordion and my uncle grabbed the guitar and everybody was singing”. Larry Camp is Tampa Bay’s quintessential jazz guitarist. Born in Virginia, he learned his Larry Camp Benedetto Players bio page image 4craft along the East Coast and at the University of Miami. He has been hailed by Musician Magazine as ‘one of the ten best unknown jazz guitar players in the U.S.’ He has played at the Kennedy Center for the President, the Smithsonian Jazz Series, as well as jazz festivals in Europe, in Clearwater, and Sarasota, Florida. Jasper Stadhouders

Jasper Stadhouders (Tilburg, the Netherlands, 1989) is a guitarist and bassist based in Amsterdam. He’s performed music on stage since the age of 8. He is an active member of the international improvised music circuit. He is a co-founder of the bands Cactus Truck (with John Dikeman and Onno Govaert), Stadhouders/Govaert/De Joode Trio and two duos with percussionists Dag Erik Knedal Andersen and Nicolas Field. He is also part of such diverse bands as Spinifex and Lily’s Déjà Vu, next to playing countless of ad hoc improv shows.
