Pedro Branco
Pedro Branco is a Portuguese guitar player now residing in Amsterdam. Born in Lisbon, he has studied with some of the finest jazz musicians on the Portuguese scene (André Fernandes, Afonso Pais, Mário Delgado, Demian Cabaud, Gonçalo Marques, Desidério Lázaro) and participated in several workshops and masterclasses (Kurt Rosenwinkel, Aaron Goldberg, Dave Holland, Matt Renzi, David Doruzka, Peter Bernstein). Graduated from the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa in 2013, he has participated in many projects, not only in jazz (Pedro Branco Quartet, Reflections Trio, Jorge Moniz, Then They Flew, Oh! Calcutta!), and has played in such venues as the Hot Club of Lisbon, Café Tati, Fábrica Braço de Prata, Bacalhoeiro and many others

Jens Thoresen is a busy guitarist, composer and arranger. He is a regular member of the big band Ensemble Denada, and a freelancer who has composed a lot fro TV, radio, theater and film. Whether it is pop, rock or jazz, Jens Thoresen is the guitarist many are calling up to have on the team. He has toured around the world with different bands and musicians. He has also collaborated with Nick Kershaw, Chesney Hawkes and Michael Jay.

Umberto Tricca
Umberto Tricca was born in Vimercate (Me) in 1973. He studied jazz guitar in Milan at the “Cemm” school directed by Walter Donatiello and Berklee’s School teachers. Over the years he studied jazz harmony, composition and arrangement with Giovanni Tommaso, Giancarlo Boselli, Stephen Franceschini, Tomaso Lama, John Abercrombie, David Linx and Paul Fresu at Nuoro Jazz. He shared his research and study of contemporary artists such as Dave Holland and Steve Coleman with some musicians of the the Florentine scene, examinating harmony and rhythmic aspects. Lucas Rochaix

Lucas Rochaix was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1992. At the age of 9, he started to play guitar. After a while, he started playing with some rock groups and continued learning guitar and music, taking lessons and hearing different records. At the age of 14, he started his formal studies of classical guitar at the Conservatory, where he studied six years with the maestro Sergio Moldavsky. Meanwhile, he continued studying popular music like rock, Argentinian folk music, tango, etc. Then he discovered jazz music. He took Jazz guitar lessons with Armando Alonso and harmony, arranging and composition with Diego Schissi. In 2014 he entered to the "Tecnicatura Superior en Jazz" of Manuel de Falla Conservatory

Luc Herrmann is a Montreal based guitarist and a strong voice in the next generation of great jazz musicians the city has developed a reputation for. Having heavily studied the jazz guitar tradition, all the while appreciating current composers and improvisers, Luc’s sound is a natural blend of the old and the new. As a recent McGill graduate, Luc was able to study and perform with some of the best jazz musicians Canada has to offer. “The Luc Herrmann Group” is a modern Jazz quartet dedicated to playing the guitarist's music and achieving his artistic vision. Featuring Luc's favorite Montreal musicians: Jules Payette (Alto Saxophone) Louis-Vincent Hamel (Drums) and Levi Dover (Bass) The band always brings a high level of energy and great camaraderie to each performance having played together a number of years. The Quartet released their debut album entitled ''Luc Herrmann Group'' on October 10th 2017 at Resonance Café, one of Montreal's choice venues to hear emerging and creative jazz.

Svein Rikard Mathisen

Svein Rikard Mathisen is a Norwegian guitarist and composer, who grew up in Brumunddal in the county of Hedmark north of Oslo. Having played the guitar since the age of eight, he pursued a musical career, studying at the University of Agder (bachelor), and the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (masters) in Copenhagen. His approach to improvised music and composition, can be traced back to his meetings with Fryland, Hess and Bates in Copenhagen and Lund, Rogers and Krantz in New York, alongside the brilliant books by Paul Hindemith and Olivier Messiaen. Svein Rikard is the founder of the group Somebody's Quartet, which features on Mathisens debut as a leader, COPENHAGEN DIARIES (2015)
