Clyde Stubblefield

Clyde Stubblefield started his musical career as a child in Chattanooga, TN, "playing on tin can lids, pasteboard boxe—everything." Since then Clyde has played all over the world and recorded with some of the greatest funk, soul, and R&B performers including James Brown, Otis Redding, and Clayton Fillyau. While recording and performing with James Brown, Clyde joined John "Jab'o" Starks and they became known as the funkiest men alive. Clyde recorded "Funky Drummer". He and Jab'o are the most sampled drum tracks in the world. Recently, Clyde and Jab'o have appeared on the cover of Modern Drummer and Stick It Magazines

Lloyd Haber- Multiple percussion, composer, producer & educator: Music teacher at Francis Lewis high school. Masters in music and education from Queens College. Founder of Freedom Art Records, Lloyd has two Cd’s out under his own groups “Freedom Art Quartet” and “Bones & Tones.” Leader of group “Eurasiaka.”

A student of the late great Ed Blackwell, Lloyd Has played or recorded with Ornette Coleman, Don Cherry, Karl Berger, Bob Stewart, Craig Harris, Louis Hayes, Kalaparusha McIntyre, Charli Persip, Warren Smith, Donald Smith, Bob Stewart, Howard Johnson, Carlos Ward and Ron Burton among others. Lloyd has played all over the world, including performances at the Heineken Jazz Festival, Symphony Space, John Birks Gillespie auditorium and Aaron Davis Hall. Percussion Ensemble clinics at Sam Ash Music and the Long Island Drum Center.

Born and raised in New Brunswick, New Jersey, world-renowned drummer Pat Petrillo has been a leader in the drum industry for years. He has backed and worked with a wide array of artists from many genres, including Patti LaBelle, Gloria Gaynor, Oz Noy, Chieli Minucci, Ed Hamilton, Glen Burtnik, and numerous Broadway shows, including “A Chorus Line”, “Grease”, “Footloose”, “Newsies”, and “Dreamgilrs”.

Justin Cromer was born in Florence, SC. He holds a Jazz Studies degree from the University of North Texas, where he studied drumset with Ed Soph. Justin has many years experience playing nationally and internationally. From jazz to country to pop, he has played live and in studio on a variety of different musical projects. Presently, Justin is the drummer and music director for up-and-coming Skyville Records pop-country artist, Kelsey Mathews. Justin currently resides in Nashville, TN. Cameron Siegal

Cam Siegal (b. 1988) is a Portland, Oregon based drummer, percussionist, teacher, and composer. His experience in world and western music styles alike led to collaborations with Peruvian guitar virtuoso Carlos Odria, Ghanaian singer and drummer Obuamah Laud Addy, and saxophonist, flautist, and percussionist Jorge Continentino, to name a few. Cam’s background includes drum set, West African drumming, song, and dance, Balinese and Javanese Gamelan, percussion of Central and South America, as well as marching with the Cadets, and East Coast Jazz, Drum and Bugle Corps. Cameron currently leads the Cameron Siegal Worldtet, a world-jazz fusion project, and Space Leech, an afrofunk/second line/improvisation ensemble

Brian Cutright

Born:

Brian Cutright was born on September 23,1989. He started playing drums at four years old. In his senior year in High School he received the Louis Armstrong Jazz award in 2008. He graduated from Hastings College in 2013 with a degree in Music Performance. Brian began playing professionally in 2011 and is proficient in all forms of music, although he prefers jazz. He began composing and arranging music in 2013. His style suggests the entire history of jazz from Max Roach to Antonio Sanchez. He has appeared with Grammy Award winner Davy Spillane and Blues Hall of fame inductee Jimmy D
