David Howard

Dave Howard performs throughout the United States, Canada and Europe. He is a exciting musician influenced by many great jazz, blues and funk artists. David Howard was a Professor at Berklee College of Music in Boston for many years. He's a guitarist, composer, arranger and leader on many recordings including "Souvenirs" featuring Kenwood Dennard. "Clouds", "Almost Carefree", and "Block Island Summer" with the Joe Parillo Ensemble, and "Autumn Leaves" with Dave Rasmussen Jazz Orchestra. Dave has Performed tours and clinics in Europe, and has worked as a Composer and Performer on various jingles

Paul St-Amand

Born: 1981

Paul St-Amand is a trumpeter, singer, and composer based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Packing a sweet sound and lyrical voice, he’s become a mainstay of the city’s live music scene. He performs regularly with his trio and quartet, and appears often as a sideman with many of the region’s finest musicians. He’s also a member of the popular Latin band Son Latino.

Anthony K Wright

Born: October 9, 1959

Tony began playing brass at school, before moving to Clarinet at the age of 12, and Saxophone a bit later. He turned professional in the early ‘80s, playing sax as a session musician in London, and running various rock bands in night clubs and on the gig circuit in London and South Wales. He maintained his interest in the Clarinet, and in the early ‘90s began playing jazz on the circuit in the West Country, whilst teaching on the Performing Arts syllabus at North Devon College. Moving to Surrey in ‘98, he is now widely known as a Reeds teacher, with students ranging from adult beginners to advanced Grade 8 and Diploma-level specialists

Blossom Dearie

Born: April 28, 1926

Blossom Dearie was a remarkable American jazz vocalist, pianist and composer from the bebop era known for her unique voice, definitive arranging style and continent spanning career. From recordings and radio to Calvin Klein ads, the Gilmore Girls television show, and many other film and TV soundtracks, her career swung into the 21st Century. Christina Aguilera and Carly Rae Jepsen are fans, and her friend Tony Bennett honored her as a jazz influence. Elton John recently named the piano he uses in his Las Vegas shows after Blossom. Blossom Dearie was born in the Catskill Mountains of New York State and was given her name by three proud brothers who brought pear blossoms into the house upon her arrival

Pat Sprakes

Born: March 17, 1967

Pat Sprakes cut his jazz teeth with Tony Kofi, Darius Brubeck and has performed for Robben Ford. As a guitarist, his biggest influences are Wes Montgomery and George Benson, and he has a great love of latin rhythms. He is an excellent accompanist as well as a clear and melodic soloist.

Christopher Dominique

On the borders of Pop and Cool Jazz is where you find Mighty Terror, The Solo Debut from pianist Christopher Dominique.

It´Jazz for everybody. It doesn’t exclude, It is composed to bring all listeners pleasure and joy.

The personnel consist of pianist Christopher Dominique, international guitar legend Georg “ Jojje “ Wadenius ( Blood Sweat and Tears, the SNL band…) , Swedish Trumpet star Peter Asplund, Tenor-saxophonist Inge Petterson – Lindbäck, Trombonist Ola Åkerman, Björn Edqvist on Trumpet and the superb rhythm section with Rasmus Kihlberg on drums and Johnny Åman on double bass.
