Ryan Carraher is a guitarist, composer and educator with a unique improvisational and compositional approach. He has a degree in guitar performance from the esteemed Berklee College of Music in Boston. Ryan started his musical journey at the age of eleven, and two years later began playing live. He has played with many notable artists including: Allan Holdsworth, Jimmy Heath, Leslie West, Grand Funk Railroad, Pete Best, Joe Lynn Turner, Adrian Belew, Sly and the Family Stone, Ours, George Thorogood, Paul Rodgers, The Fab Faux, John Wetton, and Napoleon Murphy Brock. He has been a featured soloist in many renowned venues such as: B.B Kings Blues Club (NYC), The Morristown Community Theater (to a sold out crowd of 1,200 people), the Highline Ballroom and the Bergen PAC. In his spare time, Ryan creates experimental electronic music under the name "Flutes in a Vaccum"

PEK was born in 1964 and started playing clarinet and piano in elementary school. In 7th grade he started saxophones, first on alto, then switching to tenor in high school. He spent 10 years playing in rock bands and studying classical and jazz saxophone with Kurt Heisig in the San Jose CA area before moving to Boston in 1989 to attend Berklee where he studied performance with George Garzone

Drummer Dave Fox has worked with a wide variety of aritsts over the past two decades such as Stan Strickland, Harvey Diamond, Dave Tronzo, Charles Neville, Lydia Warren, Brad Faucher/Session450 and Matthew Stubbs and The Antiguas. Captivated by the transformational power of sound from his earliest years, David began music lessons that the tender age of 7 on clarinet. In the early years of high school he worked as a clerk at the Academy of Musical Arts in his hometown of Montclair, New Jersey to fund his musical education. During this time he steadily developed a growing passion for masterpieces of the “serious” literature, most especially the string quartets of Beethoven and the New Viennese School. His wind quintet earned him acceptance as a student of composition at the New England Conservatory, where he studied composition under Robert Ceely, and crossed paths with many towering figures of music including Robert McKinley, Jackie Byard and Gunther Schuller among others

Chris Pitts

Steeped in Post Bop and Blues, Detroit Saxophonist, Chris Pitts made Manhattan, San Francisco and Paris, his homes before moving to Boston. His bands have always featured energetic rhythm sections and adventurous music. He performs regularly in the Boston area and released a recording titled "42". Active as a music producer, he produces the annual Newton Piano Summit and music for several local fairs. He also serves as Festival of the Arts Chair in Newton and Co-chair of the Newton Cultural Council.

He has performed at major jazz festivals and clubs in North America and Europe and played with jazz notables; Dizzy Gillespie, Frank Foster, Clark Terry, Thad Jones, Phil Woods, Jon Faddis, Regina Carter, James Carter, Betty Carter, Geri Allen, Robert Hurst, Kenny Garrett, Roy Brooks, Johnny O’Neil, Ralph Armstrong, Marcus Belgrave, Rodney Whitaker, Danny Spencer, Rick Margitza, Kim Nalley, Eula Lawrence, John Handy, Madeline Eastman, Kitty Margolis, Bruce Forman, Mike Clark, Grover Washington Jr., Ronnie Cuber, Steve Slagel, Winard Harper, Marvin Stamm, Herb Geller, Wes Wirth, John Lockwood, Sean Skeete, Yuron Israel, Charles Boles, Sam Sanders, Jaribu Shahid, Ralph Peterson, and Warren Gale.
