TuneTown is an exciting new collective featuring creative Toronto mainstays, Kelly Jefferson on Tenor Saxophone, Artie Roth on Bass and Ernesto Cervini on Drums. All three members are highly-respected Juno-nominated musicians with serious band leading chops, and the combination of the three leads to some breathtaking and powerful musical moments. The band plays imaginative re-arrangements of standards and originals from all three members. Toronto-based saxophonist, composer and educator Kelly Jefferson has a Bachelor of Music degree from McGill University in Montreal and a Masters degree from Manhattan School of Music in New York City

Just East

With their latest album House of Leaves, Just East have arrived at an extraordinary synthesis of sound, colour, light and imagery — the apotheosis of a musical idea whose roots go back to 1993. Back then Just East gained a reputation as one of the first and best groups to explore the connections between jazz and klezmer, but quickly developed a sound and approach all their own, and over time took in a much wider range of influences. The new material embodies their personal and idiosyncratic concept and compositional style, a collective voice which fans recognise and love. The band has a uniquely off-beam take on contemporary music, incorporating world, folk and classical influences in their impressionistic style

The line up is a classic jazz piano trio, with Piano (Lorenzo Blardone), Double Bass (Marco Rottoli) and Drums (Riccardo Chiaberta). The group won the 2015 edition of "Premio Chicco Bettinardi" and released his first album, titled "Reality Contro Test" for the italian label Honolulu Records on 8th June 2018. RCT (Reality Control Test) is an  easy lucid dreaming technique  designed to increase your self awareness by day and penetrate your dreams by night making us free to move consciously inside of it. The nine originals compositions are inspired by the oniric dimension. Dilated spaces alternate with rhythmically complex melodies exploring various emotional states typical of dreams like joy, anxiety, confusion, fear, peace, introduced by the titles.

According to trombonist and musical director Hommy Ramos, "'A Caribbean Thing' is an invitation to The Caribbean experience through music. The title invites you to want to know more about The Caribbean as a geographic region: its culture and the music. I started my musical studies at The Escuela Libre de Musica in San Juan, Puerto Rico. At the age of 14, I started working professionally. I received scholarships to attend Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts in the year 2000. This is how I came to begin a relationship with bassist Luques Curtis and his brother, pianist Zaccai Curtis

Song Dynasty

A collaboration between Taiwanese vocalist Li Liu and Canadian guitarist Ben Holt, Song Dynasty has been serenading audiences with their unique sounds since the group’s inception in 2015. Meeting in Denton, Texas, the duo decided to explore their musical differences and began cultivating a sound all their own. Liu began her music career while a university student of Chinese literature in Taiwan. She quickly rose to the top of the Taipei jazz scene, winning awards and accolades, eventually becoming one of the most sought-after voices in Taiwan. Seeking new inspiration and a deeper background in jazz, Liu relocated to the United States. A versatile guitarist based out of Dallas-Fort Worth, Holt was a regular on the jazz, country and pop scenes when he and Liu first met
