Andrea and Carla Motis have shared many hours of concerts together, but until recently, they had not decided to work as a duo, which with each passing concert becomes more consolidated. Andrea appreciates her sister's taste for risk, for the most "iconoclastic and non-conformist" jazz, and Carla highlights Andrea's "extreme ease" in adapting to all contexts, from the classic jazz with which she began to be known for to the Latin American repertoire or the funk that have shaped her last two record ventures.
