Marilena Paradisi - Arturo Tallini: Rainbow Inside
Date queste premesse, era prevedibile trovarsi di fronte a qualcosa che con il jazz non avesse poi molto a che fare, come infatti avviene. Così, questo Rainbow Inside, dodici tracce impressionistiche rarefatte e sospese, appare del tutto immerso nella musica classica del novecento, della quale a dirla tutta riprende anche troppi stilemi, così da apparire alla fin fine anche un po' "già sentito," a dispetto dell'improvvisazione che lo innerva.
Rimangono le qualità tecniche dei due protagonisti e un'atmosfera notturna e sognante, fortemente evocativa, che rimanda a un modo classicamente emozionale di affrontare l'arte.
