About the Album
Ladyfinger was originally a piano piece I wrote to have a dialogue between my two hands. A year or so later, I wrote a funky bass line; bass player came over and did some cool fills; I wanted the horns to have a canon like experience....once the horns enter it is a deconstruction of the original piano piace
