There are the usual categories for wine tasting like appearance, nose, taste, mouth feel, tannin and acidity, and feel free to comment on these - they are the elements of wine…
Also feel free to include whatever subjective impressions the wine inspires in you--day dreaming, transporting you to another time or place, also food pairing… use analogy, metaphor, whatever might bring it alive on the page.
