Nicola Stilo: Immagini
La Donati ha una funzione centrale, con la sua interpretazione brasiliana anche delle tracce originali (“Immagini”, “Madre della notte”), così come lo è Rossini, con le sue suggestive percussioni. Stilo, dal canto suo, non si limita a suonare il flauto, ma è impegnato anche alla chitarra, alle percussioni e soprattutto al pianoforte: le due “Pianismo” sono infatti improvvisazioni in libertà e in solitudine.
Accanto agli omaggi a Toninho Horta (con il quale Stilo collabora frequentemente), Pieranunzi e Beirach, spicca l’ormai notissimo “How Far Can You Fly”, brano che ha reso celebre Luca Flores (con cui Stilo suonava spesso) e che qui, con la lirica interpretazione del flauto e il solo di Sebastiani, prende una nuova e affascinante colorazione.
