Evan Parker, Matthew Wright Trance Map: Crepuscule In Nickelsdorf
Il risultato è di una noia e un'irresolutezza mortali, indigesto come di rado ci capita di riscontrare nei millanta ascolti cui ci sottoponiamo, il che non rende sicuramente giustizia né alla statura di Evan Parker né—a conti fatti—alla capacità (eventuale) di aggiungere qualcosa da parte della flotta di manipolatori elettronici, i quali si sotterrano in un uso assolutamente pedissequo del mezzo (dei mezzi, in realtà, nelle loro varianti, o almeno presunte tali), generando effetti abbastanza banali, terra terra, avari di slanci creativi degni di questo nome.
Si salva qualche frammento sparso qua e là (in particolare, magari, la seconda delle sette sezioni su cui il disco si sdipana), ma è fin troppo ovvio che sia decisamente troppo poco. E se vogliamo parlare di trance facciamo pure...
