L'interpretazione di Bley ha l'incedere lento di un fiume in prossimità della foce, con frammenti di stili pianistici che si ricompongono in un fraseggio ora discorsivo ora elusivo, con note essenziali amplificate dal particolare uso dello spazio e con un inusuale lato romantico in bella evidenza. Il resto del cd si snoda tra melodie sognanti, atmosfere distese, cori di voci bianche, violoncelli e arpe, chitarre elettriche che sanno di praterie, e modulazioni di theremin.
Le tavole pittoriche del artista Tal R riportate nel booklet forniscono una vivida rappresentazione del collage sonoro orchestrato dal chitarrista danese ( i vari brani sono stati registrati in studi e in date differenti) che trova nel suono dilatato della sua chitarra e nel clima intimo, laconico e a tratti melanconico delle sue composizioni il fattore unificante.
Sei mesi dopo aver assemblato queste registrazioni Jakob Bro spedisce tutto il materiale a Thomas Knak musicista elettronico, produttore, compositore di musica da film, dj. Il risultato è il secondo cd nel quale le nove composizioni vengono smontate e ri- assemblate in maniera imprevedibile da Knak, tra loop, paesaggi sonori deformati da riverberi e microchips e forme astratte che conservano, pur in una dimensione di sofisticazione elettronica, la vena dolente e riflessiva dell'intero lavoro.
