First, some words about the festival itself. This five day program would be impressive in any location but in a city of under 80,000 makes it even moreso. This is a totally free program sponsored by the City of Wilmington (Delaware)with support from eighteen businesses. Telarc Records recently put out a compilation disc honoring the Brazilian songwriter Ivan Lins.
