Nella loro storia i Digital Primitives non hanno inciso molti dischi: questo doppio che raccoglie Lipsomuch & Soul Searchin' (tra l'altro contenente registrazioni del 2011) è solo il terzo della serie, ma in tutta onestà non ci sentiamo di dire che la scelta -sempre che di scelta si tratti -sia in qualche modo scriteriata, non solo perché il mercato è ampiamente residuale, ma soprattutto perché la musica del trio rende su disco davvero meno di quanto non colpisca dal vivo. ...

This is only Digital Primitives' third recording, released four years after Hum Crackle & Pop (Hopscotch), but the trio sounds as if its three members have been playing together for ages. This double disc is comprised of two sets--Lipsomuch and Soul Searchin'.
