Album Description

This work came from the unpredictability of my life. I picked up my guitar, created a new piece based on a tuning I didn't know, and could only think about it later. The following pieces were created based on two microtonal tunings that sounded interesting enough for me to be able to break away from traditional harmonic thinking. I wanted to explore my intuition as a musician to the fullest on this album - as well as the use of domestic percussion (with a special preference for metal utensils). I even thought of naming an instrument after a salad bowl: the meTAR. A metal tar. It started to be used on the track «CaT(H)ARsis And, especially, I wanted this album to be shared with a witness, a new person in my life who appeared in my life in a very unexpected way: G. A., my ex-partner. She took the initiative to want to film me. So, I wanted to transform each filming into an event to be documented (including the lms I made of myself, in her absence) and recorded in sound. This is, therefore, a phonographic and audiovisual testimony. And it is not an album only about myself, or my creative processes, but about witnessing in action and accepting unpredictability.
