William Chernoff is a Canadian bassist from New Westminster, British Columbia. Will performs original instrumental music and has played professionally on both upright and electric bass since his teens. He is best known as the founder of Rhythm Changes, an online publication covering creative music in Canada with a focus on the Vancouver scene.
