Wenonah Wenonah Brooks, born and raised in Hopewell, New Jersey has been performing in one way or another since the age of eight (8). Trained in the tradition of gospel music, Wenonah and her five (5) sisters have performed as the group “Brooks Ensemble Plus” in many public forums including the New Hope-Solebury Jazz Festival featuring Philly Joe Jones. It is a natural transition for an artist with these roots to develop a singular style. Robyn Pauhl

Born: March 3, 1984

Robyn is considered to be one of Canada’s promising young vocalists who has successfully established herself as a true-to-form music stylist. Her live performances are an experience not to be missed. Aside from the multiple venues Robyn continues to sell out when she performs, she has made multiple appearances on national television, including Canada AM, Global TV, Breakfast Television, The New VR and Cable 14. Suzanne Cloud

Born: September 7

Suzanne Cloud started her career in regional theater in the Philadelphia area appearing as the lead in productions both musical and dramatic including Pajama Game, Silent Night, Lonely Night, an original musical version of Bell Book and Candle, touring with The Fantastiks, Carousel and South Pacific and finally Sex Tips for Modern Girls at the Society Hill Playhouse. Cloud also appeared on television in the PBS movie A Woman of Spirit about early feminist Lucretia Mott and was chosen to sing on the talent segment of NBC's Fantasy Show. In the late 1970s, Suzanne Cloud toured the East Coast with a Top 40 disco band while recording jingles for local banks, retail stores, Armstrong Floors, Comcast Cable and the tune "Come Fly With Me" for the production show at the Playboy Casino in Atlantic City. By 1980, Cloud had switched from cover bands and jingles to jazz while indulging her love of songwriting

Melissa Kate

Melissa Kate is a TM International Recording Artist who studied jazz in NYC and now travels internationally with her own bands, DCMK (a jazz duet) and the Melissa Kate Project, an R&B/Jazz group, built from musicians of the award-winning Taylor Made Jazz. Melissa originally studied musical theater, but has made her passion and career as a vocal artist. She frequents the Colored Musician's Club in Buffalo, NY, learning and studying from the musicians who are part of jazz's history.

Christiana Drapkin

Christiana came to the US as a Fulbright exchange student in theater. At Tulane in New Orleans she immediately found her strength in her singing. After moving to New York, she's never looked back and found her true artistic home here. She's immersed herself in the standard repertoire of the American Songbook, as well as bebop lines. Her early classical European training keeps peeking through in improvisations that don't only lean on Lester Young and Charlie Parker, but also on everything from Bach to Bartok. She is noted for her highly personal delivery of lyrics, as well as for her abandoned and soaring scat lines.

Wendy Alane Wright is a Pop/R&B/Jazz Singer, Writer and Producer. She has worked with Candy Dulfer, Johnny Lang, Tony Scott, Wayne Brady, Jeff Trachta, Philip Michael Thomas, Billie Myers, Linda De Mol, Big Logic, Deezer Dee, blues legend Solomon Burke and more. Loide serves up straight ahead jazz coated with lush bossa rhythms - an exquisite blend reflective of her own eclectic roots. She cites Sarah Vaughn, Cesaria Evora and Miriam Makeba as some of her greatest musical influences, but it is her Guinea Bissau and Mozambican heritage that has provided her with a fresh musical perspective, a unique sound, and her native tongue, Portuguese. Opie Bellas

"I come from a family of painters, writers, actors, designers, and singers, so I guess a passion for expressing myself is in my blood."
