Born in a musical family (father drummer and mother singer) he fell into jazz at a very early age. Later on he turned to drums as there was always a set at home. Played in Switzerland a lot in clubs, festivals (Montreux, Cully) and onstage with local guys or passing by foreign musicians. Among others : Curtis Fuller, Walter Davis Jr, François Lindemann, Bob Mover, Dee Daniels, Liz McComb, Freddie Hubbard, Roy Hargrove, Bruce Forman, Thierry Lang, Big Band de Lausanne, Montreux Big Band a.o. Relocated to beautiful Vancouver, BC in Canada since 2017, he keeps playing in various bands and with local musicians (Cory Weeds, Sharon Minemoto, Steve Maddock, a.o.).

A native of Vancouver, Canada, she follows a distinguished line of female jazz vocalists like Diana Krall coming from Canada’s west coast.

Schubert’s classic jazz sound has gained a following in many countries, leading to collaborations with musicians as far afield as Italy and Finland. Her performances include her own contributions to jazz, as well as covers of the jazz standards sung by icons like Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday who continue to inspire her work

Heather Soles is a Vancouver-based jazz singer and songwriter. Her style brings a natural, bluesy feel and smokiness to a repertoire of soulful jazz, blues, bebop, swing and vintage rock. Born in Montreal, Heather Soles moved to the West Coast at age 7 and fell in love with the mountains and the sea. Her lifelong love of jazz started at age 14 when she joined the Columbia Record Club and started listening to Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Carmen McRae, Peggy Lee, Miles Davis, Gil Evans and the Modern Jazz Quartet. She was involved in Vancouver’s music scene working as a band singer in clubs , performing concerts as a singer songwriter and appearing on CBC Television’s network show, ‘The Performers’

Frank Bond

A veteran of the Vancouver Canada music scene, Frank Bond's interest in music started at an early age. Picking up the guitar by age 11 Frank started lessons at the first school he attended. With a hunger to learn more Frank took lessons from local music teacher Faust Pinto. As well as learning piano this is where he was taught the basics of music composition and creating music in various styles. Other early music endeavours included learning flute for school band and backing the school choir on guitar. During junior and senior school years Frank took advantage of immersing himself in as many different bands as possible thus opening the door to start playing professionally by age 16
