Born March 17, 1977 in the Island of Puerto Rico, trombonist Ruben Caban began his career at a young age performing in the Central Florida area. In his performance career trombonist and composer Ruben Caban has toured and/or recorded as a sideman and soloist with an array of internationally renowned artists such as; Frankie Valli, Jon Secada, Raul Diblasio, Ed Calle, Nicole Henry, Dianne Shurr, Randy Brecker, Arturo Sandoval, Ira Sullivan, The Platters, The Stylistics, Roberto Carlos, Sandra De Sa, Nestor Torres, The O’Jays, Cheo Feliciano, Giovanni Hidalgo, Vico C, Oscar De Leon, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Victor Manuel, Michael Stuart, La India,Paquito De Rivera, and is part of Ed Calle’s 2015 Latin Grammy award winning album Ed Calle Presents Mamblue and many more.

Nick has the privilege of performing with many great musicians in the Philadelphia area and beyond, including Ben Folds, Jamie Cullum, Cory Wong, Nestor Torres, Orrin Evans, Pablo Batista, The Larry McKenna Jazz Orchestra, The Jack Saint Clair Orchestra, The Philly POPS, and The Chancel Choir of The First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. Every time he steps on stage, David takes us on the emotionally engaging journey of love and liberation, wrapped in a sound that embraces the groove, grit and swing of the past. Growing up in a neighborhood called Scotlandville, in Baton Rouge, La, David L. found his fingers pressed against the sliding brace of the trombone at the age of sixteen and has never let go since. Kevin M. Myers is a professional multi-instrumentalist and vocalist from Harrisburg, PA. His primary instrument being trombone, Kevin also plays piano, organ, baritone, auxiliary percussion, keytar, melodica, and Native American flute. Myers received his formal music training from Messiah College in Grantham, PA where he earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Commercial Music and a Minor in Church Music as well as a Master of Music degree in Jazz Trombone Performance from Towson University in Towson, MD. Myers performs regularly with the Hot Jazz band Tongue in Cheek (Baltimore, MD) as well as with his own Trio and Quintet that specializes in bebop and modern Jazz

As a toddler, Will Jaxx was immersed in a colorful soundscape created by phenomenal artists such as Al Green, Earth, Wind, and Fire, and the Modern Jazz Quartet. His musical ability began to quickly assert itself and by age 12, the trombone was his preferred method of expression. During his formative years, Will Jaxx studied with a three variable giants of the instrument including: Mark McConnell (Atlanta Opera), Stephen Wilson (Atlanta Symphony Orchestra), and Dr. Marvin Pryor (Cameo). This trifecta helped him develop exquisite technique and a uniquely captivating stylea style which would later garner him the Louis Armstrong Award for Jazz and induction into Who's Who in Music

Frank Rein

Born:
Frank Rein is a trombonist, multi-instrumentalist, composer/arranger, and educator living and working in Philadelphia. Originally from Princeton, New Jersey, Frank studied bass and tenor trombones at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, where he began his career as a freelance musician. In his playing and writing, Frank creates performances with a strong sense of purpose and inevitability, two things that he strives to accomplish by approaching music with practiced mindfulness. That approach is not constrained to any one form or style of sound, and has led him to collaborate with artists in many genres. Frank is an active member of the large jazz ensemble Abstract Truth, the Balkan brass-inspired West Philadelphia Orchestra, the Neo-Soul collective Ode to Omni, the pop-reggae band Kings & Comrades, and the singer-songwriter Chris Paterno Band

Szymon Bialorucki

Szymon Białorucki — studied jazz trombone with Grzegorz Nagorski, at the Academy of Music in Katowice. In the year 2013/14 he studied with Nils Wogram, at the Hochschule Luzern, Musik, in Switzerland. Szymon leads a quartet The Forest Tuner, where he presents his personal vision of music. The band released its debut album entitled "Tunes" in 2016. He plays in the Konglomerat Big Band – Poland’s first professional, non-commercial Big Band profiled for contemporary improvised music. He participated in various workshops with such musicians as: Peter Bernstein, Mark Soskin, Ed Partyka, Uwe Dierksen, Andy Middleton, Greg Osby, Dariusz Terefenko, Gerry Hemingway, John Voirol, Piotr Wojtasik, Maciej Obara, Dominik Wania, Tom Arthurs, Ole Morten Vaagan, Gard Nilssen
