Australian trumpeter Todd Hardy has been a distinctive presence on the jazz scene for more than three decades. Rooted firmly in the jazz tradition, his warm, lyrical style draws inspiration from trumpet greats including Louis Armstrong, Chet Baker and Lee Morgan. Hardy has performed throughout Australia, Europe and Japan, with career highlights including recording with Australian jazz legend Judy Bailey for ABC Jazz and extensive work with artists including Dan Barnett, Monica Trapaga, Grace Knight and internationally acclaimed bassist and vocalist Nicki Parrott.
