Adeola Gideon

Adeola Gideon (with the stage name H19 or Horllar 19gale) is a very passionate jazz musician. With about 12 years experience, he has musically and professionally contributed in one way or the other to the success of several hit records in Africa. With a university degree in music education, he started professional musical performance as a vocalist and latter became a lead guitarist then went further to study studio/sound engineering/music production. He has recorded and performed with several famous musical band in Africa. Currently, Gideon is a Jazz tenor saxophonist, tenor vocalist and a music teacher

Zem Audu

Nigerian-born, London-raised, and Brooklyn-based Zem Audu is an award winning saxophonist, composer and producer with a fresh sound that blends contemporary jazz, and soulful grooves. In 2008 whilst still living in London he won 1st place in the Worshipful Company Of Musicians Jazz Competition. He was nominated for a Parliamentary Jazz award for Best Jazz Saxophonist, and was awarded the Yamaha Jazz Scholars prize. His musical journey began at childhood when he taught himself classical guitar and piano before choosing the saxophone as his main form of expression. Filippo Bianchini

Born: September 16, 1982

Filippo Bianchini was born in Orvieto, Italy, but he lives from 0 to 8 years in Rome. Thanks to the father's collection of LP and a family friend, Alberto Casasoli, began studying music at 7 years hold. At 10,he started playing the tenor saxophone. Shortly after, he began his first lessons of sax with Mauro Verrone, who introduced him to the great music of Charlie Parker, Lester Young, Sonny Rollins, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, Massimo Urbani and many others.

At 18 years hold, he starts the class of Saxophone with Mario Raja at the Conservatory F.Morlacchi of Perugia, where he graduated in 2007, obtaining the highest marks (10/10). In September 2007 he moved to Netherlands in the city of The Hague to gets a specialization at the Royal Conservatory of Den Haag. Here, he has the opportunity to study with one of the greatest european musicians: the american saxophonist and clarinetist John Ruocco.

Mark Fox, tenor & soprano saxophone, flute, and kamal ngoni (Malian harp) player, bandleader, composer and recording artist has participated for almost 25 years professionally in the international music and entertainment industry. Blessed at an early age, many legends of music came into his life such as maestros Archie Shepp, Yusef Lateef, Marion Brown, George Garzone, George Clinton and a host of others. These masters became profound teachers, mentors, friends and colleagues, passing the baton on to Fox and bringing him into the deepest levels of the music world. During Fox's decade and a half in New York City, he had the honor to perform with such greats as Warren Smith, The Boys Harbor Big Band, George Clinton and the P- Funk All Stars, Archie Shepp, The Violent Femmes, Eugene Chadborne, and a numerous of other groups and high level artists

Joey Berkley's career as a tenor saxophonist and recording artist has evolved through a variety of stages: first as an in-demand sideman; to the founder/leader of various bands including Joey Berkley Quartet (JB4); Funkasaurus Rex; Four Good Reeds; WJO (Westchester Jazz Orch.), to present day, with the creation of Joey Berkley’s Bandits.  His career spans over 30 years. Brought up as a jazz musician firmly rooted in the jazz tradition of Coltrane, Miles, Monk etc, Joey developed his "sound" by incorporating these influences to create an original contemporary style.  Joey is also a music instructor

Gabe Wallace

Gabriel Wallace has been an active working musician and private music teacher of Southwest Florida since 2012. Coming from a musical background, he studied saxophone at a young age and continues work toward furthering his musical knowledge both scholastically and professionally. Gabe has experience in many styles including Jazz, Classical, R&B, Pop, Rock, Rap and world music, and has studied with jazz luminaries such as Dan Miller, Marty Morrel, Richard Drexler, and Jeff Rupert. Gianfranco Menzella

Born: June 27, 1978

Born in Matera in 1978, Gianfranco Menzella gained the degree in saxophone in 2000 at the Conservatory "E.Duni" in Matera, with Maestro Vito Soranno , getting the highest marks with honors. In 2004 he also gained the degree in jazz music at the Conservatory "T.Schipa" in Lecce, with Maestro Luigi Bubbico. He has taken part in several national and international contests, getting nine first prizes and three second prizes. He has played with:  Steve Grossman, Fabrizio Bosso, Randy Brecker, Mike Rosen, Eric Marienthal, Jerry Bergonzi, Tom Kennedy, Kenny Werner, Eddie Henderson, John Allred, Duffy Jackson, Gabriele Mirabassi, Alfonso Deidda, Franco D’Andrea, Roy Paci, Mike Supnick, Ada Rovatti, Rosario Giuliani, Enrico Intra, Tommaso Scannapieco, Achille Succi, Marco Tamburini, Eric Daniels, Italian Big Band, Francesca Tourè.. 2016 Sidney Zolot (for excellence in music) and 2015 BMI/Evelyn Buckstein award winner, jazz saxophonist and composer Berta Moreno has become one of the most distintive voices on the tenor among her generation. Berta’s strong personality is reflected in her unique dark and warm sound on the tenor and she is often defined as a thoughtful and precise soloist who knows how to choose meaningful notes and statements. She has been touring as a leader of her quartet/ quintet in Europe for over 3 years, being awarded 1st prize at Zoetermeer Jazz Competition and 2nd prize nominated by the audience at Leidse Jazz Competition in The Netherlands in 2013

Jacob Munk Nielsen

Born: March 12, 1973

Jacob Munk Nielsen comes from a musically family. His father is a talented amateur drummer and all of his tree siblings have attended the local musicschool, so music were very much a big part of everyday life in the family. At a young age he started playing the recorder and after a short ‘encounter ‘with the trumpet, he moved to the alto saxophone and right away felt at home on the instrument. Throughout his teens he played with local groups and studied at different saxophone players amongst others the renowned Danish tenor saxophonist Lars Møller.
