Thanks for dropping in. Let me fill you in on what I've got happening. I'm a full-time music teacher and performer in the Atlanta area...and I've been doing it for a long time. In addition to my private studio, I am also Artist Affiliate in Jazz Saxophone at Emory University. About five years ago I started writing educational jazz books. Using my personal students as guinea pigs, and I keep about 70 of them at any given time, I began by writing etude and duet books. It's escalated from there to include a jazz combo series designed for use in schools, workshops, or even private studios as a small group or individual improv method.
