Marc Beaudin, poet

Born: April 14, 1968

Marc Beaudin is a poet, theatre artist and performer based in Livingston, Montana. He has released two spoken word/jazz albums: From Coltrane to Coal Train: An Eco-Jazz Suite, featuring music by members of the internationally renowned “low-rock” band Morphine, and These Creatures of a Day, featuring music by Mike Johnston and Mike Gilmore of the acclaimed, experimental jazz collective the Northwoods Improvisers. He has performed his poetry with numerous jazz, blues and rock musicians, including Bill Payne (Little Feat), Billy Conway (Morphine), The Big Sky Jazz Trio, and the Northwoods Improvisors, and has shared stages with 60s legends Country Joe McDonald, Ed Sanders and John Sinclair

Deborah Rush

Deborah Rush has worked in television, film and on Broadway. In 1984, she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play for Michael Frayn's comedy "Noises Off". She also acted in Stephen Adly Guirgis' "The Last Days of Judas Iscariot". In 2003 she acted in the comedy film "American Wedding". In 2008 she joined the cast of the Broadway revival of "Blithe Spirit". Rush has acted in a number of movies and television series, including the Woody Allen films "Zelig" and "The Purple Rose of Cairo". She was a regular cast member of the television series "Strangers with Candy"

Steve Dalachinsky

Born: September 29, 1946

Steve Dalachinsky is a legendary New York downtown poet. He is active in the free jazz scene. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He has been writing poetry for many years and has worked with such musicians as William Parker, Susie Ibarra, Matthew Shipp, Roy Campbell, Daniel Carter, Sabir Mateen, Mat Maneri, Federico Ughi, Loren Mazzacane Connors, Rob Brown, Tim Barnes, and Jim O'Rourke. He has appeared at most of the Vision Festivals, an Avant-Jazz festival involving many of these musicians. He also appears often at the Knitting Factory, a unique live music club in Tribeca. He currently lives in Manhattan with his wife, painter and poet Yuko Otomo
