Juliano Beccari

Pianist, keyboardist, composer born in São Paulo, studyied music at University of Campinas city, UNICAMP. Graduated at 1995, since then has released his first solo album 'Da Horta', with compositions of instrumental brazilian jazz, and influences from music of diverse genres, from classical to modern jazz. His work as been with several groups in Sao Paulo area, and now he tries to stay focused in his own work, and second album , NovaMente (new mind), to be released in singles as they get out of the mixing desk.

Bob Karty

Bob Karty is a pianist, composer, producer and teacher based in Oakland, CA. His wide-ranging contemporary jazz compositions will be showcased on an upcoming CD - currently in post-production - Mark Walker on drums (Oregon, Paquito D'Rivera), and long-time Pat Metheny Group member Steve Rodby on acoustic bass. Bob has performed with top artists in the San Francisco Bay Area jazz and world music scenes, including percussionist Pete Escovedo (Grammy-nominated Latin jazz legend) and guitarist/composer Ray Obiedo (former Herbie Hancock sideman and Billboard Top-10 Contemporary Jazz recording artist). He has worked with noted percussionists Karl Perazzo (Santana) and Michael Spiro in several projects including the salsa band Conjunto Karabalí and, with Spiro, the world-jazz sextet Tanaóra, which they co- led. With Orquesta La Moderna Tradición, Bob recorded three critically- acclaimed CDs of Cuban music featuring the rarely-performed danzón, often called Cuba’s official national music and dance style, and performed at major festivals across the USA. Bob teaches at the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley and at his home studio in Oakland.

Tania Giannouli

Greek pianist, composer, improviser and bandleader. She studied classical music (Piano Soloist and Composition diplomas) and Agriculture (MS on Food Technology, AUA). She explores jazz as the most creative music form and regularly employs improvisation in her practice. She makes jazz of the kind where improvisation is just the starting point and somewhere out there - or something deep inside - is the aim. Ιnspired by many different traditions and influences, her music and interdisciplinary projects span an impressive range of styles - a creative and borderless amalgamation of the global today’s reality.

Pianist and composer working as a band leader as well as a sideman. A healthy appetite for different musical expressions has led to work in modern and mainstream jazz, in free improvisation and in indie music as a synth/Wurlitzer player. The debut album AT FIRST (ILK) was released in 2013 and received widespread critical acclaim for its blend of modern jazz and a love and awe of late romantic and 20th century classical piano music. The upcoming release THE LARK (WhyPlayJazz RS028) presents an elaboration of the trademark melodicism displayed on the debut. Jerry Stawski

Jerry Stawski currently is a co-leader of the Artis Naples Jazz Orchestra which seasonally features nationally-known stars of jazz such as Michael Feinstein, Dick Hyman, Dennis Rowland, Mike Mainieri, Gene Bertoncini, Jeff Tyzik, Byron Stripling, Charles McPherson, Bobby Shew, Randy Brecker, Russell Malone, Steve Turre, Dan Miller, Warren Chiasson, Ira Sullivan, Rich Mattison, Mercedes Ellington, Don Goldie, Lew Del Gatto, Buster Cooper, Buddy Morrow, Jim Pugh and Greg Abate, among many others.

He has played in concert with the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra and the Symphony of Southwest Florida. He also has played concerts for the Naples Jazz Society, the Southwest Florida Jazz Society, the Charlotte County Jazz Society, and The Italian Cultural Society.

Julie Sassoon

British pianist/composer Julie Sassoon is classically trained on piano and violin. She graduated in music and fine art in 1988, winning prizes for her classical piano performances and later completed postgraduate studies in jazz piano and Indian violin.

Miro Sprague is a pianist, composer, bandleader, and educator known for his inspiring creativity, dynamic and passionate performance style, and artistic versatility. An an active performer since the early 2000's, Miro has toured extensively throughout the U.S. and overseas, performing at many of the world's top venues and festivals in settings ranging from solo piano to septet. Miro leads his own trio and quintet, and is a member of the cooperative septet “Holophonor”. He has performed with many renowned artists including Wayne Shorter, Matt Wilson, Ingrid Jensen, Jerry Bergonzi, Houston Person, Greg Osby and Jerome Jennings, among others
