Lenny Keys

Born in Odessa, Ukraine, Lenny started studying classical piano at the age of six. In 1979, Lenny immigrated with his family to the U.S., settling in New York where he started learning jazz. Influenced by his classical education, classic rock, European pop music, jazz and new age, Lenny developed his own unique style of writing. In April 2009, Lenny released his first jazz album, Diamonds and Emeralds. The tunes on the album are a blend of contemporary jazz, funk and blues, with a touch of fusion and distinct sweet melodies. Having composed in different styles, Lenny has always stayed true to one thing that he believes every song should have - a beautiful melody.

Tom McEvoy

Born: February 13, 1981

Tom McEvoy is a jazz pianist based in Manhattan. He began playing at 4 years old, and went on to earn his masters degree at Juilliard. He has performed at many of New York’s top jazz clubs such as the Blue Note, Birdland, and Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola, and he has performed and taught in Europe, South America, Central America, Canada, and most of the United States. His musical influences are the great pianists, especially Ahmad Jamal, Hank Jones, Thelonious Monk, Wynton Kelly, and Duke Ellington. The only child of non-musical parents, Tom discovered his passion for music through chance early experiences

Jeff Lashway

Pianist Jeff Lashway hails from Pittsburgh — While he has played, toured and recorded with several artists, he is best known for his tenure with jazz legend Maynard Ferguson. Jeff was Maynard's final pianist. On his first release, "Reunion," he is reunited with longtime friend Vinnie Colaiuta. This is a rare straight-ahead session for Vinnie. Also on board is the amazing vocalist Jimmy Hall, formerly the lead singer with Wet Willie. James Dower

Born: November 8, 1971

James Dower was raised in Marlboro, Massachusetts, and attended Boston's Berklee College of Music, where he majored in Film Scoring. In 2005, James relocated to New York City, where he now resides with his girlfriend, artist Kim Glanze and their Lhasa Apso 'Nina'. A pianist and composer, James has written music for film and television that has been played on MTV's "Cribs" as well as in NASCAR promos and independent films. James has traveled the world and performed as a professional sideman to the stars, on stage and television with popular artists such as Sam 'Soul Man' Moore, Sting, Elvis Costello, Ne-Yo, Wynonna and a long list of others

Ivan Farmakovsky

Considered to be one of the most skillful pianists and interesting composers of contemporary Russian jazz scene, Ivan Farmakovsky established himself as a notable bandleader in 2008 after years of participation in a variety of bands. Having an experience of backing practically every jazz star coming for a tour to Russia since late 90's, Ivan debuted with projects of his own by releasing an album of originals entitled Next To The Shadow. For this recording which took place in New York he gathered an international quintet of Ryan Kisor (trumpet), Igor Butman (tenor saxophone), Ugonna Okegwo (bass) and Gene Jackson (drums)
