Joseph Sheehan is a composer, pianist, and educator immersed in classical, jazz, and world musics. In his music Sheehan aims to share joy, depth, and beauty, connecting with artists and audiences of diverse musical communities. Sheehan’s music celebrates and explores a tapestry of both song and dance, forms at the root of many musical cultures throughout the world. An independent study of traditional song and dance in Ghana, West Africa, from 2008-09, was especially influential on Sheehan’s musical language. West African music, as well as jazz, has informed recent pieces such as Vibraphone Loops, for vibes and tape, featuring a solo percussionist accompanied by soulful harmonies and synth loops; and Dances from Afar, a suite of three distinctive dances for violin and piano

Patricia Velasquez

Patricia Velasquez was born and raised in New Jersey. Her entire family is from Havana Cuba. Needless to say, she was surrounded by great music of all styles. At the age of four, she started classical piano lessons. In Junior High, she was introduced to Jazz formally. She then went on to Berklee College of Muisc in 1987. Since then she has been performing nationally solo and also with various groups.

Studied piano since the age of 10 anni, took his diploma at “Conservatory of Santa Cecilia” in Rome. Aged 18 anni he started his career as a professional pianist while refining his tecnique with some of the best italian pianists: Enrico Pieranunzi, Ramberto Ciammarughi, Danilo Rea, Franco D’Andrea, Stefano Battaglia. He also received a European scholarship gaining access to Siena Jazz’s “Master Classes”. Mark A. Galang
Sterilium (created 2001) is a solo, home studio recording project of Mark A. Galang, a composer/multi-instrumentalist from the Philippines. Sterilium was created as an avenue for expressing Mark's musical ideas and compositions in a recorded format. As of 2011, Sterilium has self-released four full-length albums, one EP and a couple of sheet music under a Creative Commons License, all produced with home recording equipment, a computer and a couple of instruments. Sterilium's music spans a wide array of genres from progressive rock and metal to jazz-rock fusion, classical, electronic and avant garde.

Francesco Turrisi

Francesco Turrisi is a pianist, accordionist and percussionist. He left his native Italy in 1997 to study jazz piano and early music in The Hague royal conservatory, where he obtained a bachelor and a master's degree. Between 2004 and 2007 he played harpsichord and percussion with acclaimed early music ensemble l'Arpeggiata. With l'Arpeggiata he performed at the major early music festivals in Europe and around the world (Turkey, Russia, China). In 2006 he moved to Dublin where he is currently resident and very active as a performer and teacher. Francesco is the founder of Irish ensemble Tarab, a group that experiments with Mediterranean music, jazz improvisation and Irish traditional music

I was born the day my father was born (November 15). When I was young, I didn't know that I was born for music. It was the time when I started to play the piano, I knew there was something for me. But I didn't took that opportunity when I was young. I tried playing the guitar. After all, my dad was also a guitar player. But I knew I had deficiencies. I knew this is not the instrument for me. When I was studiying at high school. I was in a band until now who once played rock and roll. I was playing guitar back then. But the time came where in I shifted to another instrument. I started playing the piano when I was little (I really don't know my age that time.)
