Paulo Almeida is a Brazilian drummer, percussionist, composer and an important reference in the instrumental music scene in his country. He is going to his 5th authorial album and as a drummer he has a unique way of expressing himself through melodic creation, seeking different timbres with a strong Afro-Brazilian rhythmic influence.
He began his musical studies in São Paulo state and later, a long education at the Conservatory of Tatuí, where he studied the techniques of classical and popular music and also participated in several festivals as a student
