Hansen's Garden District Band
The Garden District Band (Trio to Hot-Groove Nine) performs original compositions (instrumental and with lyrics) along with selections from the Great American songbook, classic standards, very old New Orleans traditional jazz, big band hits, bebop, Latin/Jazz to funky New Orleans street beat or second line songs in a very creative and highly improvised setting. The band performs instrumental and with vocals. Band members include (and have included) professional musicians from varying ethnic and origin backgrounds including African American, American, Brazilian, British, Canadian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican and South American citizens and include or have included male and female performers. Since 2006, over twelve years, Hansen has produced, recorded, mixed, mastered and released ten albums (CD/digital recordings) that are distributed and sold world-wide through CDBaby and digital partners that include Amazon music, iTunes and almost every digital music outlet

Mattan Klein was born and raised in Jerusalem He had studied at the Rubin Academy in Jerusalem, and had graduated with honors from the Berklee College of Music in Boston Mattan is winner of the 1st prize in the 2018 international ‘7 Virtual Jazz Club Web Community Award’! His original compositions have also earned him awards such as the John Lennon songwriting contest, and the USA Songwriting competition. He had received scholarships from the AICF, The municipality of Jerusalem and the Israeli Ministry of Culture. François Richard was born October 9, 1956. His father is a photographer and his mother a musician. François Richard inherited of a sound musical education. At the age of 10, he had the privilege to be tutored by the great master of classical music Jean-Pierre Rampal, and his student from the Conservatoire de Paris, Gail Grimstead. In 1970 he studied flute with professor Jean-Paul Major and piano at the Conservatoire de musique du Québec à Montréal. In his early twenties, he founded L'Orchestre Sympathique with Jean Vanasse, vibraphonist, and obtained the Premier Prix du Conseil canadien de la musique - First Prize at the Canadian Music Council
