George Grydkovets is a relatively young guitarist, bandleader, and composer from Kyiv, Ukraine, currently residing in New York. The main focus of his artwork is on composing new original music and bringing it to the world. From an early age, George was playing all over Kyiv’s clubs with his band but eventually began playing music with some of the best Ukrainian jazzmen, such as Dennis Adu, Aleksandr Pavlov, Pavel Galitsky, and others. His original music is very ethereal and atmospheric, yet adventurous and bluesy, reminiscent of such guitar players as Pat Metheny, Bill Frisell, Gilad Hekselman
