João Lenhari

João Lenhari is a Brazilian trumpeter, composer,
arranger, and educator based in Montreal. The first
musician to earn a Doctorate in Jazz Performance
from the Université de Montréal, he studied with
Canadian jazz legend Ron Di Lauro, whom he
succeeded as Musical Director of the university’s Big
Band in 2023.
Recognized as an arranger, Lenhari has worked with
ensembles and artists such as Nelson Ayres Big
Band, Brasil Jazz Sinfônica, Banda Urbana, Leticia
Persilles, Diogo Ramos, and Taïs Reganelli, and was
twice a finalist for the Prêmio Profissionais da
Música. He has also composed and arranged
soundtracks for film and television, including the
feature film Chacrinha, o Velho Guerreiro, the short
film Inevitável, and the Netflix miniseries Os Donos
do Jogo.

Maja Jaku

Born: October 24, 1971

Maja Jakupovic, known artistically as Maja Jaku, is an internationally acclaimed jazz and soul vocalist, composer, bandleader, and distinguished university professor. With a voice described as cinematic, fearless, and deeply truthful, she is regarded as one of Europe’s most compelling contemporary jazz artists—an expressive storyteller whose artistry transcends cultural and musical boundaries.

Born on October 24 in Kosovo into a family rich in artistic tradition, Maja’s extraordinary talent revealed itself early. By the age of seven, she was already winning music festival awards, and at fourteen she formed her first band. At eighteen, during the Yugoslav wars, she made a courageous and life-defining decision to travel alone to Austria to pursue her calling in jazz.

Kevin Witt

Born: October 24, 1967

Kevin Witt is an Austin-based jazz drummer, educator, and storyteller. A former NYC student of Peter Retzlaff (Manhattan School of Music), Jimmy Cobb (Miles Davis), and Cindy Blackman (Santana), Kevin relocated from NYC to Austin in 2007, where he has since performed with respected jazz artists locally and in Nashville. He co-founded the trio 3jazz, producing two albums and launching a spoken word series known for its boundary-pushing ethos.

Kevin’s current passion is leading the B-side Quartet, a project dedicated to hard bop, lesser-known gems, and storytelling through historical narrative and samples

Delton Walker

Delton Walker is a dynamic jazz saxophonist, Guitarist, basist and U.S. Air Force veteran whose music bridges the personal and the cosmic. With a sound rooted in soul, jazz, and funk, his work resonates with emotional depth, technical skill, and a global perspective shaped by years of international performance.

Raised in New York, Delton’s musical journey began early—starting drums and trumpet at age nine, later adding piano and guitar under the guidance of his parents. His time in the U.S. Air Force opened the world to him, literally and musically. While stationed in Europe, he performed throughout Germany, Portugal, France, and Spain, drawing from a wide array of cultural influences that helped craft his unique, expressive tone.

Milos Bosnic

Miloš Bosnić is a Serbian bassist, composer, and bandleader based in Belgrade. He is the founder of Bosque Sound Community (BSC), a jazz-fusion/world-jazz ensemble recognized for blending modern jazz language with cinematic storytelling, strong rhythmic identity, and genre-crossing arrangements.

He studied double bass at the Faculty of Music Arts in Belgrade, completed a Higher National Diploma in Jazz Bass Guitar & Music Production at the London Centre of Contemporary Music (LCCM), and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Audio & Video Design at the School of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science in Belgrade.

Declan Sheehy-Moss

Born: July 19, 2000

Declan Sheehy-Moss is a genre-bending multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer, and mixed-media artist born and raised in New York City. Dipping his fingers (and ears) in everything, Declan blends jazz, pop, funk, electronic, and more to produce a searing fusion of sound.

Declan’s digital production and recording skills along with his instrumental and technical prowess combine to create a digital and acoustic mix, supported by analog synths, EWI, and the other quirky instruments assembled at his home studio in Brooklyn, NY.

Since 2017 Declan has since written, produced, recorded, mixed, and released 8 singles and two EPs, also working as a sideman for numerous other artists’ records and live shows such as Redveil, Henry Threadgill, Cisco Swank, Khal!l, Talia Goddess, Twinbrother, and many more. Declan has also performed at a number of renowned venues in the US, such as BAM, The Jazz Gallery, Newport Jazz Fest, Symphony Space, Monterey Jazz Fest, and more.

Atempo

Atempo is an Israeli modern jazz piano trio formed in 2020 by pianist Itay Abramovitz, bassist Alon Stern and drummer Yoav Lachovitsky.

The trio creates original instrumental music rooted in jazz improvisation and shaped by Mediterranean, Balkan, Latin, African and Middle Eastern influences. At the center of Atempo’s music is the close conversation between piano, electric bass and drums, combining lyrical melodies, rhythmic movement and collective improvisation.

Over the years, the trio has developed a distinctive musical language that its members describe as the Atempo sound. Rather than simply placing different styles side by side, Atempo transforms its diverse influences into a unified language of its own. Lyrical melodies, unexpected rhythmic patterns, collective improvisation and the warm, grounded sound of the electric bass create music that can feel intimate and contemplative in one moment, and energetic and driven by groove in the next.

Oscar Del Barba

Born: September 12, 1968

OSCAR DEL BARBA was born in Brescia in 1968. He qualified as a pianist with full marks at Brescia Musical School in 1990 and obtained a jazz and composition diploma (also with full marks) at the Giuseppe Verdi Musical School in Milan. He has approached a range of musical genres (jazz, Cuban, Argentinean, Brazilian music) which, together with his classical studies, have given rise to an original personal style influencing his compositions as well as his improvisation. Edwin Corne

Born: July 8, 1999

Edwin Corne is an Australian-Chinese jazz guitarist based in New York City. Born in 1999 and raised in Shanghai, he moved to New York to pursue a Bachelor of Music at The New School of Jazz, where he earned a spot in Hal Galper’s Rhythm Section Workshop. In 2025, he received his Master of Music in Jazz Studies from The Juilliard School. His playing draws influence from Charlie Parker, Ahmad Jamal, Erroll Garner, Kenny Burrell, Jim Hall, Django Reinhardt, and more.
